At VisionFirst Eye Center, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee to provide our patients with the best possible patient care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so we can make it right for you. Our skilled optical staff will work with you to pinpoint the root of your dissatisfaction. A re-evaluation of your refraction is available within 90 days of the original exam date, providing the exam was originally performed by VisionFirst.
Our frames come with a 1-year warranty contingent on the manufacturer’s requirements. All lenses come with a 30-day warranty against defects or damage. Lenses coated with Crizal or Techsield antireflection have an extended coating warranty of 1-year. Warranties do not cover lost, stolen, or discontinued product.
