Our commitment to continual improvement goes beyond our eye care. We’re also improving your patient experience. Our offices are committed to honoring your appointment time, but we need your help, too. In order for us to give you the most time with your doctor and to keep the office running on time, please try to arrive at least ten minutes before your appointment.

Patient Kiosk

Our patient kiosk drastically reduces the amount of time you will spend checking in and out of appointments. Once your account is set up, you can check-in and update information as needed. We recommend you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for your first appointment in order to set up your account on the kiosk. Once your account is established, check-in and checkout will be much faster.

Patient Forms and Registration

All of your patient forms and account information are accessible through the patient kiosk. It will have all you need to know regarding your insurance benefits and co-pay amounts.
